Flyra, Inc. — E-Signature Consent

By using or continuing to use Flyra's products or services ("Flyra", "we", "us", or "our"), you consent to receive all documents, notices, disclosures, statements, agreements, and other communications (collectively, "Communications") electronically and to use electronic signatures in place of handwritten ones.
Your electronic signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You agree that all Communications delivered electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
1. Scope of Consent
You consent to receive and sign electronically all Communications relating to your relationship with Flyra, including but not limited to:
• Account opening and onboarding documents
• Loan and remittance agreements
• Regulatory disclosures and policy updates
• Service or transaction notifications
• Authorizations related to bank data connections (e.g., via Plaid)
• Marketing or support communications, where permitted by law
2. Methods of Electronic Delivery
You agree that Flyra may provide Communications through any of the following:
• Email to the address associated with your account
• SMS or text message
• WhatsApp messages to the mobile number linked to your account
• Push notifications via the Flyra mobile app
• In-app messages or downloadable documents on the Flyra platform
• Any other electronic channel we reasonably determine is secure and accessible to you
You understand that certain Communications, including legally required notices, may be provided through these methods
3. Hardware, Software, and Access Requirements
To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:
• A valid email address and mobile number (including WhatsApp capability)
• A smartphone or computer with internet access and a modern browser
• The ability to receive and open PDF or similar electronic formats
• Sufficient storage space or access to a printer to retain records
By continuing, you confirm that you can access and read electronic Communications.
4. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting support@flyra.com. Withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain Flyra services, as electronic delivery is required for some functions.
Your withdrawal does not affect the validity of previously delivered Communications or agreements executed electronically.
5. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of Communications by contacting support@flyra.com. We may charge a reasonable fee, where permitted by law. Some Communications may be available only electronically.
6. Updates to Contact Information
You must maintain accurate contact information, including your email address and WhatsApp-enabled mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive Communications sent via these channels.
7. Changes to this Policy
Flyra may modify this policy and will notify you electronically. Continued use of Flyra's services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Legal Effect
Electronic signatures and records provided through Flyra have the same validity and enforceability as paper documents signed manually. You waive any right to require physical signatures or paper Communications, to the extent allowed by law.
